Michael E. Kinney

Michael is a trial lawyer with broad and significant experience in all aspects of litigation, including complex commercial and business disputes, administrative proceedings, zoning, land use and real estate disputes, eminent domain proceedings and public procurement challenges.  Formerly associated with two national law firms, where he represented businesses, individuals and public bodies in state and federal courts and administrative agencies in multiple jurisdictions, Michael enjoyed a reputation as a creative and effective advocate.  More recently, as a co-founder of a high-technology start-up company, Michael is aware of a business client's perspective and the practical value of efficient dispute resolution.
